Nobu Hotel Chicago

Very nice decoration and vibe. The attention from the front desk people is great and very warm. One of the front desk guys was exceptionally nice, too bad i´m bad with names. The fact that theres an steam bath available for all guests is great, very complete gym too. The West Loop area is full of very good restaurants and all of them are wlaking distance from the hotel. I left something in an Uber and left the hotel that same day, i contacted the hotel about it and they were willing to send it to me. Very greateful for that . The food and drinks at the Nobu rooftop is 5 stars.

Juan at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond for every detail. He was courteous, kind, helpful and engaging. He made restaurant reservations, suggestions, showed us the property. He is proud of the hotel and it shows in his demeanor. It made our stay delightful. This is one of the main reasons you should stay here. The property is beautiful, so many details and close to everything in the west loop. We will be back.

I loved the location, the size of the room, the decor and the layout of the room. The views and the soaking tub were fantastic!!!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my 30th birthday, I wish I could’ve stayed a full week but sadly it was just one night but enough to be unforgettable. I loved they wrote my a letter and gave me a box of chocolate and a bottle of champagne. this hotel is simply fabulous, fancy and modern!!

Worth upgrading for the city view room, and the extra space, the entire place is ridiculously nice. Everything was to an exceptionally high standard, and the area is a bit of a playground for restaurants, bars, nightlife, pubs, taverns, pizza etc. Only a short walk into the city too, and you can get pretty much anywhere once you get to the UTC or Union Station which is 10 mins away.
